Refund and Return Policy – Wild Mellow

At Wild Mellow, we craft and package every product with utmost inspection and care to ensure it reaches you safely and in perfect condition. Due to the delicate nature of our clean-beauty products and hygiene standards, we do not offer any return or exchange once the order has been delivered.


1. No Return or Exchange Policy

Wild Mellow does not accept returns, replacements, or exchanges for any products after delivery.
All orders placed through our website are considered final sale.


2. Quality Assurance

Every product goes through multiple quality checks before packaging.
If an item appears slightly different from what you expected, please note that texture, fragrance, and color variations can occur naturally in clean-beauty formulations.


3. Damaged or Defective Products

Although rare, if you receive a damaged, leaked, or defective product, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please share:

  • Clear photos/video of the damaged item

  • Outer packaging images

  • Order number

Write to us on hello@wildmellow.com with the requested details above. After verification, we will provide a replacement or a full refund (only for damaged or wrong items received).


4. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled before shipment.
Once the order has been dispatched, cancellations are not possible.

Refunds for canceled prepaid orders (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days.


5. Refund (Only for Damaged/Incorrect Orders)

Refunds are issued only in cases where:

  • You received a damaged product

  • You received the wrong product

Once the issue is verified by our team, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
