At Wild Mellow, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. This Refund and Return Policy outlines the conditions under which returns, replacements, and refunds are accepted.

1. Eligibility for Return

  • You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or after use are not eligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products such as personal care items, cosmetics, or items marked as “Final Sale” are non-returnable and non-refundable for hygiene and safety reasons.

3. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, contact us at support@wildmellow.com with your order number and reason for return.

  • Once approved, you will receive instructions for shipping the item back.

  • The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost unless the product is defective or the wrong item was delivered.

4. Refund Process

  • After inspection and approval of the returned product, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • In case of prepaid orders, refund time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange an item, you can request a replacement for the same product or an item of equal value, subject to stock availability.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will offer a replacement or full refund after verification.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled before shipment. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible. Refunds for canceled orders (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days.
